1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PromptWright, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PromptWright is a structured prompt editor with multi-model testing capabilities. Free tier allows 5 prompts and 1 model. Pro tier ($12/month) allows unlimited prompts and 27 models.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal activities
• Do not attempt to access other users data
• Do not abuse rate limits or circumvent model restrictions
• Do not share your account credentials

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $12/month via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Data & Content

You own the prompts you create. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not violate copyright or applicable laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

PromptWright is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from use of the service. AI model outputs are generated by third-party services and may be inaccurate.
